Swan, as receiver of the Union National Bank of Fairmont; the Fairmont Trust Company, a corporation, and directors thereof; Home Savings Bank of Fairmont, and the directors thereof; People's National Bank of Fairmont, and the directors thereof; and the Union National Bank of Fairmont, and the directors thereof.
