This is an appeal from an order entered in a habeas corpus proceeding discharging one Sarro Vaccaro from the custody of the United States marshal for the district of Maryland. Vaccaro was arrested under an extradition warrant procured by the British Consul at Baltimore on complaint of the Canadian government, charging him with having committed the crimes of murder, kidnapping, and larceny within the Province of Quebec.
