This is an appeal from an order of the federal District Court for Massachusetts dismissing a petition for a writ of habeas corpus and denying the writ. The petitioner, Wong Chee Ming, applied in 1930 for admission to the United States at the port of Boston as a minor and son of one Wong Yen, a Chinese merchant lawfully domiciled and carrying on business at New Haven, Conn. He arrived at Boston on the 7th of May, 1930, and shortly thereafter...
