January 10, 1927, the owners of a majority of the acreage in a contiguous body of swamp, wet, and overflow land, and lands subject to overflow, situate in Holt county, Mo., filed in the circuit court of said county their petition and articles of association for the incorporation of the Missouri Valley drainage...
