This is a motion to confirm the report of a referee in bankruptcy directing the turnover of certain property to the trustee.

A report bearing date August 28, 1930, came before Judge Moscowitz on September 19, 1930, and, under date of October 27, 1930, he signed an order referring the matter back to the referee with a suggestion that the findings of fact upon which the report was based and the reasons for his conclusions
