This is a cause in equity, presented to the court October 17, 1930, at New Berne, N. C., one of the eight divisions of this district.

After full and careful consideration of the allegations in the bill, the court was of the opinion that a decree should be entered appointing temporary receivers, giving them only technical legal control to the end that the status quo might be maintained, pending an order to show cause why temporary receivers...
