On December 7, 1928, the appellant, by making affidavit and giving bond in the superior court of Fulton county, Ga., pursuant to provisions of Georgia statutes (Michie's Georgia Code 1926, §§ 5055, 5056) procured the issue of a writ of attachment commanding the seizure of property of the appellee.
