This is a patent infringement suit in which infringement of patents to Lowenstein, Mathes, Colpitts, Arnold, and Blattner is urged.

The defendant operates the Broadway Theatre located in Buffalo. The infringing apparatus is a sound-on-disc talking motion picture reproducing mechanism, which was installed in the defendant's theatre some time prior to May 7, 1929.
