This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, affirming the decision of the Examiner in rejecting appellant's claims 26, 27, 28, and 30 to 37, inclusive, as defining nothing patentable over the prior art. At the oral hearing before us the appellant dismissed the appeal as to claims 28, 31, and 35. The claims in issue are contained in appellant's reissue application, filed on March 10, 1927....
