The plaintiff, as holder of Conradson patent, No. 1,140,299, sues for infringement. That patent, applied for March 30, 1914, and issued May 18, 1915, pertains to an "automatic spindle lathe." The mechanism, either upon or outside of the patent descriptions, is quite difficult to describe with fair conciseness in an opinion.
