The present intervener supplied the contractor with parts to repair an excavating machine, weighing about 175 tons, known as a class 24 Bucyrus dredge line, with a 115-foot boom and a 3½-yard bucket, mounted on trucks, being the same dredge as that mentioned in the opinion rendered to-day in this case in the intervention of Royal Route Co., Limited. 52 F.2d 451.
