This is the usual patent infringement suit, based upon the Blair patent No. 1,435,199, of November 14, 1922, for a "heat insulated receptacle." It discloses the type now common on the market, which comprises a large mouthed receptacle, holding a gallon or more, insulated within an outer casing which is in the general form of a pail or a large bottle, and which efficiently keeps a substantial amount of food or drink hot or cold for several hours...
