Hubbell and wife, of Des Moines, Iowa, by trust conveyance and convention conveyed to trustees therein named certain property in said instrument described, constituting the "Frederick M. Hubbell estate," reserving the net income of and from the trust property and estate to the settlor, Frederick M. Hubbell, and after his death to his wife, Frances E. Hubbell, should she survive him, the sum of $18,000...
