This is an appeal from a judgment on a directed verdict in favor of the government in an action on a policy of war risk insurance. Appellant entered the military service of the United States June 22, 1918, and was honorably discharged February 3, 1919. His policy lapsed for nonpayment of premiums October 31, 1919.
