Richard C. Kerens, of St. Louis, died September 24, 1916, leaving a large estate controlled by a will. A portion of that estate was left in trust with appellee St. Louis Union Trust Company, which was to pay his son Vincent Kerens $500 a month until his death or the termination of the trust in another manner hereinafter quoted.
