This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the Patent Office refusing to allow appellant's claims 3, 4, 5, and 9, for a patent on a dirigible wheel mounting and steering apparatus for use on motor vehicles. As originally filed in the Patent Office, appellant's application consisted of a number of counts. Some were allowed by the Patent Office, but the only ones in issue here are the four which are above mentioned. The rejections...
