The appellant, Lorenz Konrad Braren, filed his application in the Patent Office on December 4, 1923, for improvements in belt gearings. On June 23, 1924, the appellee, George Horner, filed his application for a patent on improvements in and relating to engraving machines. The Horner application went to patent on November 17, 1925, as No. 1,562,237. On June 12, 1926, an interference was declared by the Patent Office between Horner's patent...
