This cause is before me on final hearing. It is an action by a World War Veteran on a war risk insurance policy. The plaintiff was inducted into the service May 27, 1918, and honorably discharged May 17, 1919. He went overseas in August, 1918, and was in the Meuse-Argonne offensive.
