The moving creditor, W. N. Martin, contends that the subpœna is void, and that the service thereof is void, and moves to quash the service for these reasons, also to dismiss the petition, and, at the hearing and on brief, further contends that the petition is defective on its face to such an extent that it cannot confer jurisdiction in this court to order an adjudication thereon for the reason that it appears on the face of the petition...
