The American Crayon Company filed a bill of complaint against the Prang Company charging infringement of trade-mark and unfair competition. The defendant, by counterclaim, charged the plaintiff with like offenses. This court dismissed the bill of complaint and the counterclaim on the ground that both parties were guilty of improper conduct.
