The plaintiff in this action sought the cancellation of an assessment of taxes on real estate, and an injunction. The facts were stipulated. The decree entered dismissed the bill, and plaintiff appealed.

The real estate involved consists of two tracts of land in Mississippi County, Ark. One parcel of land was entered as a homestead by plaintiff, and the other parcel was entered as a homestead by one Cassidy, and subsequently purchased...
