Norby was elected treasurer of the Independent School District No. 18 of Lake Park, Minn., appellee herein, for a term of one year from August 1, 1924, and until his successor was duly elected and qualified. He was required to and did give a bond, with the appellant, the American Surety Company, as surety, one of the conditions of which was that he should pay over to the officer entitled thereto all moneys coming into his hands...
