This appeal is from a judgment of conviction under an indictment for unlawfully using the United States mails in a scheme to defraud, in violation of section 215 of the United States Criminal Code (18 USCA § 338), and for a conspiracy so to do, in violation of section 37 (18 USCA § 88).
