This is an appeal from a judgment secured by appellee against appellant in an action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, brought to recover commissions on certain sales of merchandise. Appellant is a manufacturing company of Des Moines, Iowa, engaged in the manufacture and sale of toilet preparations.
