This is a suit in equity praying to have a trust in favor of the plaintiff, Harris, impressed on eighty-five thousand shares of stock, now owned by the defendant Morse, in the Addressograph International Corporation, a Delaware corporation, on the ground that these shares are the resultant profit to Morse through various corporate metamorphoses...
