McCarthy and with Clifford Patten, the sheriff of Salt Lake county, Utah, to secure a decree awarding to the company the title to and possession of a certain quantity of high-grade, gold-bearing quartz ore, alleged to have been stolen by Cahill from the Belshazzar mine owned by plaintiff in the Quartzburg mining district, near Boise City, Idaho...
