This was a suit instituted in the court below to enjoin the prosecution by defendants of a number of actions for damages instituted by them against complainant. The jurisdiction of the federal court was invoked on the ground of diversity of citizenship; plaintiff being a Georgia corporation and defendants being residents of the state of South Carolina.
