Lawrence S. Holt, Jr., brought suit in the state court against the executors of the will of E. W. Grove, complaining that the executors had violated the terms of a contract made between him and the testator in regard to the sale of two lots of ground in the city of Asheville, N. C. The suit was removed, on the ground of diversity of citizenship, to the federal court, where the District Judge, being of the opinion that Holt had no right of recovery...
