This is an insurance interpleader proceeding under USCA, title 28, § 41 (26). The insurance was upon the life of Henry Gray. The dispute is between the widow, who claims to be the sole beneficiary under the policy, and two daughters, each of whom claims to be a beneficiary to the extent of one-third.
