This is an appeal from a judgment based on the verdict of a jury. Appellee leased to appellant two motorboats, a barge, and machinery known as a "drag line" or "claim shell" to be used in lowering a river bank on the White river in Arkansas, to enable appellant to lay a gas pipe line across the river.
