Holding that the version of the accident which the trial court, for purposes of discussion, gave in its opinion denying the motion for a new trial was such as the jury could validly find from competent evidence in the case, and believing that the trial court in its opinion fully considered, and adequately expressed our views on, the main questions now here on appeal we affirm the judgment on Judge...
