This is a suit in equity by the receiver of the First National Bank of Cumberland, Iowa, against T. E. Ostrus, C. E. Studley, O. E. Ostrus, E. E. Wollenhaupt, and G. E. Wollenhaupt, directors of said bank. The bank closed its doors June 30, 1926.
