Appellant, an insurance carrier under the workmen's compensation laws of Texas, at the close of the evidence moved for an instructed verdict. This motion was refused. The case was sent to the jury on charges submitting to them, as an issue of fact, whether plaintiff's injuries were received by him while in the course of his employment in the furtherance of his employer's business.
