The matter now before the court in both the above-entitled cases, arises on exceptions to ratification of sales in the respective cases. Exceptions to the sale were filed by the United States of America on the ground that the sale price was grossly inadequate and also that the yachts were respectively in the custody of the collector of customs consequent upon the seizure and pending the filing of libel proceedings for forfeiture for violation...
