This appeal involves petitioner's income and profits taxes for the fiscal year ended November 30, 1920.

Petitioner is an Illinois corporation. Its business is selling goods for mills on commission, and also purchasing goods which it converts into other and different sorts of cloth by printing, dyeing, or bleaching, and which it resells as its own product to its own customers.
