This is a suit to restrain the defendant from various forms of alleged unfair competition. It was heard in open court. The facts are as follows:

The business in question is that of selling fire clay for use in lining boiler furnaces. Such furnaces are sometimes lined with fire brick set in mortar, and sometimes with fire clay. In the latter case the clay is used in a condition sufficiently moist to be workable and adherent. Such linings...
