This suit is before me on final hearing. On March 18, 1924, the plaintiff issued to defendant's intestate, Robert Jones, a twenty-payment life policy for $1,500, with double indemnity for accidental death. In the description of the policy on its back and again on its first page at the foot thereof it is referred to as "Double Indemnity for Accidental Death."
