Appeal from a judgment in the Supreme Court of the District awarding a writ of mandamus requiring appellants, as Commissioners of the District, to place appellee upon the pension rolls of the District as a pensioner, with compensation at the rate of $87.50 per month, commencing on the 1st day of November, 1927, payments to continue as provided in the Act of February 17, 1923 (42 Stat. 1263).
