Appellee owned a building on ground belonging to another. Appellant issued a policy of fire insurance on this building for a period of three years, beginning February 14, 1925, and extending to February 14, 1928. When the policy was issued appellant knew the building was on leased ground and there was recognition of that fact in the policy itself. The building was totally destroyed by fire June 20, 1927.
