In this case, the United States brought suit against the appellant, as receiver of the Nebraska State Bank of Humboldt, Neb., to recover certain postal funds of the United States which had been deposited in said bank while it was a going concern, and asked decree adjudging its claim to be a prior one over other creditors, under section 3466 Revised Statutes, title 31, USCA § 191.
