Appellants Billie Gilmore, Virginia Rawlins, Mrs. Bill Bullock, and Fay Gordon were convicted upon an indictment which charged a conspiracy to manufacture, transport, possess, and sell intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes, in violation of the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA).
