The Ogden Levee District was organized under the laws of Arkansas. Kansas City Southern Railway Company and the Texarkana & Ft. Smith Railway Company have a line of railway running through the district. The purpose of the present action, brought by the railways, is to enjoin the prosecution of three suits brought by the district against them, in the state court, to enforce levee taxes assessed against the railways for the years 1924, 1925...
