From a decree adjudging infringement of Hopkins patent, No. 1,196,691 (August 29, 1916), defendant brings this appeal.

The Hopkins patent is entitled "Means for Distributing Liquids" and relates to "improvements in air-controlled means for applying liquids to surfaces."
