On November 3, 1928, federal prohibition agents entered a garage adjoining the plant of the Pittston Beverage Company in the city of Pittston, Pa., and seized a Mack truck owned by M. Chavanick on which was loaded 45 one-half barrels of unlabeled beer containing more than one-half of one per cent. of alcohol by volume.
