The petitioner seeks, under section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 USCA § 45), to enforce an order issued against respondent, requiring him to cease and desist from using the word "shellac" in labels or advertisements of varnish which he manufactured and sold and which was not composed entirely of shellac gum dissolved in alcohol.
