Passailaigue, a citizen of South Carolina, against Walter I. Herron, individually and as executor of Anna D. H. Ramm, and against Charles W. Ramm Herron, an infant of four years, and against Eleanor Rappaport, all citizens of Florida, for an account of an estate devised to complainant's deceased wife...
