This is a suit to recover under a war risk term insurance for $5,000, which lapsed on February 28, 1919. The appellant enlisted as a seaman in the United States Navy on June 2, 1917, and was discharged on January 19, 1919. His contention is that, while the insurance was in force, he became permanently and totally disabled as a result of disease or disability, and has ever since been permanently and totally disabled.
