These actions arise out of a collision between the steamships Arfeld and Lacuna, the collision having occurred on the west side of the Mississippi river opposite Pilot Town, on February 2, 1923, at about 7:50 p. m. A libel for damages was filed by the owners of each of the vessels against the other vessel.
