The facts of this case, as we glean them from the record before us, are as follows: W. W. Crump died in Martinsburg, W. Va., on September 23, 1891, and an administrator was appointed for his estate. In 1899 an instrument was found purporting to be his will, and same was admitted to probate on June 5th of that year by the county court of Berkeley county, W. Va.
