On April 18, 1922, the appellant, Gleason, filed his application covering the same subject-matter, and a patent was issued to him, Serial No. 1,553,768, on September 15, 1925. Thereafter, on November 17, 1925, the appellees copied claims 1, 3, and 7 of appellant's patent...
